Exprit Noesis T
The Noesis model, available in the shifter, direct drive and DD2 versions, is still confirmed as Exprit Kart flagship model also in its latest evolution called “T”. Several new features have been introduced by OTK Kart Group’s R&D department, in addition to the many confirmations from the past, including a manufacturing process able of guaranteeing the highest quality levels and a frame entirely made of Ø 30 mm tubes.
 
TRIUMPHS BY OTK KART GROUP
 
At the centre of the Exprit Kart new Noesis T project, the OTK Kart Group's corporate mission remains unchanged: “Designed, Engineered, Manufactured 100% Made in OTK – Italy.” A belief which founds on the selection of high-quality materials, machined processes as well as top manufacturing standards. According to the standard of the brand products, the OTK Kart Group’s R&D department conceived and introduced several technical innovations. Above all, the new M11 fairing kit as well as the new BWD and BWZ braking systems, reserved for the direct drive and shifter classes, respectively. For the 2025 product range, much work has also been done on the details with the introduction of a new aluminium chain tensioner, attached to the bearing support. Noesis T novelties do not concern technical solutions only, but also aesthetic ones: the new chassis now features of an absolutely new designed stickers kit.
 
RENEWED LOOK, HIGHEST EFFICIENCY
 
The quest for an ever-increasing aerodynamic efficiency led OTK Kart Group’s R&D department to develop the new M11 fairing kit, which complies with the current FIA regulations. Thanks to CFD simulations and wind tunnel testing, as well as on-track testing by OTK's racing department, it was possible to create a new front spoiler and a new front fairing with unique designs, both able of significantly reducing aerodynamic drag, resulting in better performances on track. Coupled with the M11 kit, we find the side bumpers and rear protection, part of the M10 package introduced with the previous homologation. In addition, we also find the full-coverage floorplate that further optimizes performance by reducing turbulence. Finally, the entire set is enriched by the new Exprit Kart stickers, with a totally new design.
 
INNOVATION FOR DIRECT DRIVE CLASSES
 
Among the main novelties launched by Exprit kart with the Noesis T is the new BWD braking system, designed specifically for direct drive classes, both Junior and Senior ones. OTK Kart Group’s R&D department focused its efforts on the use of the highest quality materials, aimed at ensuring an extremely high degree of component efficiency. The new concept, which inspired the project, led to the creation of a system that can significantly improve heat dissipation, reducing brake oil temperature and ensuring consistent and highly efficient braking in all conditions. BWD comes in two purchase versions, with 180 mm or 206 mm diameter discs, to meet the needs of all kart drivers.
 
 
FOR TOP OVERTAKINGS IN THE SHIFTER CLASS
 
The innovations introduced with the BWD model, reserved for the single-gear classes, are also applied to the BWZ braking system, specifically conceived for “shifter” categories. Once again, the solutions adopted ensure excellent heat dissipation effects, both to cylinder and caliper, resulting in lower brake oil temperatures and consistent system performance. These improvements are then completed by a more efficient brake distributor and fully redesigned front calipers - both forged and machined components - which now feature revised fins and thickness, with the aim to increase heat dissipation capacity and also improving structural rigidity. As for the BWD model, the BWZ is also available with two rear disc options: 180 mm or 206 mm diameter, depending on the needs.
