SPECIFIC EVOLUTIONS
The Mercury T, particularly in the version for the DD2 category, introduces the new features alike the Shifter: M11 fairings, BWZ braking system with 180 or 206 mm rear disc and the new sticker kit graphics. Peculiar, however, is the new mounting for the exhaust support, easy to remove and specifically designed for this category engines.

According to the standard of the brand products, the OTK Kart Group’s R&D department conceived and introduced several technical innovations. Above all, the new M11 fairing kit as well as the new BWD and BWZ braking systems, reserved for the direct drive and shifter classes, respectively. For the 2025 product range, much work has also been done on the details with the introduction of a new aluminum chain tensioner, attached to the bearing support. NEW LOOK AND HIGHEST PERFORMANCES
The quest for an ever-increasing aerodynamic efficiency led OTK Kart Group's R&D department to develop the new M11 fairing kit, which complies with the current FIA regulations. Thanks to the CFD simulations and wind tunnel testing, combined with on-track testing by the OTK racing department, it was possible to create a newly designed front spoiler and front fairing, both able to highly reduce the aerodynamic drag, resulting in better performances on-track. Completing the M11 kit, we find the side bumpers and the rear protection of the M10 kit, introduced already with the previous homologation. In addition, the floorplate covers the whole body, thus increasing performances and reducing turbulences. Last but not least, the entire package is enriched with the new Kosmic Kart stickers, featured by an unprecedent design.
NEWS FOR DIRECT DRIVE CLASSES
Among the main novelties launched by Kosmic Kart with the Mercury T, the new BWD braking system, specifically conceived for direct drive classes, both Junior and Senior, undoubtedly stands out. The R&D department of OTK Kart Group focused its efforts on the use of the highest quality materials, aimed at ensuring an extremely high degree of component efficiency. The unprecedented concept behind the project has resulted in a braking system able of highly improving heat dissipation, consequently reducing the temperature at the brake oil charge, ensuring drivers fully efficient braking consistent over time and in all track conditions. The BWD is available with two purchase options: 180 mm or 206 mm diameter disc, to meet the needs of all kart drivers.

TOP OVERTAKINGS FOR THE SHIFTER
The innovations introduced with the BWD model, reserved for the single-gear classes, are also applied to the BWZ braking system, specifically for the ‘gear’ categories. Once again, the solutions adopted give unique heat dissipation effects concerning pump and calipers, resulting in reduced brake oil temperatures as well as constant performances. In addition to these innovations, there is also the new brake distributor, which has been improved and made more efficient, as well as the new, completely renewed front calipers, both in the forged and machined components, showing a new design of fins and thickness, with the aim of further increasing heat dissipation capacity and ameliorating the structural rigidity. As for the BWD model, the BWZ is also available with a dual rear disc option: 180 mm or 206 mm diameter, according to the needs.
DRIVING POSITION FOR “PRO” DRIVERS
The many evolutions of the Mercury T pair with the well-known features. In particular, the adjustable pedals and the inclined steering wheel hub from the OTK Kart Parts line, which allow to better adjust the driving position, making it at the best for any driver. In addition, other fundamental parts remain unchanged, as the HGS steering wheel provided with a high rubber handgrip, able to significantly reduce driver effort while the many driving phases. The combination of these solutions (set with the support of the OTK Kart Group racing department) thus allows to achieve, in a simple way, an ideal driving position for kart drivers of all sizes.
